What is "Instant Booking" option?
There are 2 ways to book:
- Instant Booking: You will be allowed to book instantly.
- Request Booking: You will be able to request a booking, and we will revert back with availability status and approval of booking.
I made a "Request Booking", how will I know if my booking is confirmed?
Allow us upto 1 hour to revert with the approval for your booking. You will receive an email and phone approval from us, along with a link to complete payment process for your requested booking.
Incase the booking was requested outside of our office hours of 9am to 7pm everyday, we will get back to you by 10am next day.
My request for the booking was approved. How and when do I make the payment?
Once your booking is approved, we will send you an email with approval status as well as a link to complete the payment. This payment link will be active for 24 hours, after which the link will expire and we will no longer be able to hold the requested booking for you. You will then be required to make a new booking request.
In certain cases, we might contact you to convey a shorter window for payment if the time allowed is lesser than 24 hours.
How much cashback do I receive after my booking?
You will receive 5% cashback on all payments with select centres, it will be mentioned on the centre page if cashback can be availed. They will be stored in form of wallet cash, which you can use towards your next booking with us, if you pay with us online. In case you are paying directly to the centre, your cashback will be accrued every month to the centre which you may redeem at the end of the booking term. You can redeem your cash via NEFT, PayTM or a gift voucher of an e-portal. You can email us any of your options at email@example.com.
Is there any cap on my cashback?
Is there any cap on wallet cash I can redeem per booking?
There is no cap on wallet cash you can redeem per booking. If you have sufficient cash, you even book for free by redeeming it.

What are minimum requirements to get my space listed in WorkTNC?
Beyond the standard furnished office, we require following three amenities to qualify for a list with WorkTNC:
- Air conditioning
- High speed Wifi
- Complimentary beverages
I submitted my space, when will my listing get published?
It usually takes upto 48hrs for us to review your submission and publish it on our website. Should there be any issue, we will get in touch with you on the contact details provided in your submission.
I want to edit some information for my space listing, how can I do that?
For now you can contact us at +91-8080009070 for any modification you want with your listing. We’re working on building a partner dashboard and you’ll be informed with the access to it as soon as it is ready.
Which cities are you available in?
Currently we’re available only in Mumbai, however, we’re working hard to bring it to other major Indian cities very soon.
My city is not listed, can I still list my space?
Definitely. If you’re city is not listed, then we will be happy to add that city to our website and add you as the first listing for the city.
